Lease Management
Commercial Aircraft Lease Management programs are custom developed for specific aircraft type, aircraft locations and other specific requirements of the client,
but generally include all advisory and management services with the exception of aircraft placement, brokerage or sales services.
Advisory Services – Performed as required throughout management term
Review & monitor Lease contract obligations
Track rental payments
Automated invoice generation (If Required)
Maintenance reserve invoicing (If Required)
Tracking reserve payments
Managing reserve claims/draw downs
Full analysis of AD, ASB, AWLS, CPCP, SIP and aging aircraft requirements
Maintenance program in use assessment
Review each lease document to confirm that the aircraft and records are operated and maintained in compliance with the lease agreement
Continuous monitoring of aircraft values trends
Evaluate & review any Lease extension request as required
Continuous monitoring and development of redeployment/disposal strategies
Proactively identify opportunities well before the lease expires to choose the best redeployment solution, whether it is extending an existing lease, releasing in its existing configuration or sale.
Technical Management Services – Performed Monthly
Receive, evaluate & monitor Lessee submitted “Monthly Status Reports” concerning the location, use, maintenance and operation of the aircraft.
Calculate and invoice Supplemental Rents for Maintenance Reserves
Monitor Lessee Performance of Technical overviews, Configurations, Maintenance condition, Maintenance program in use, Records keeping and AD/SB compliance
Submit monthly reports and analysis to Lessor that provide detailed information on:
Monthly utilization tracking reports generated for invoicing
Inspection planning
Forecast module, future maintenance, and condition and reserve cash flows
Specifications summaries as required
Maintenance status report based on monthly technical updates
Confirm that the aircraft is utilized and operated in compliance with the lease
Management Services – Performed Semi-Annually
Fleet Technical Status Report, Develop and submit aircraft utilization reports covering all managed aircraft
Review & develop Crisis plans and management guidelines for events of total loss and Repossessions
Other Management Services performed Annually
Lease Technical Inspections, A Physical Inspection Audit to verify Lessee’s compliance with maintenance program and with terms of lease agreement. Review condition and revision status of required reports, manuals and certificates. Also includes various status and utilization reports as well as photography of aircraft and a physical inspection of aircraft surfaces and interior
Damage Verification Inspection – This is a budgeted extra inspection that may not be required. May substitute other unscheduled inspection or meetings with Lessee.
ISTAT Certified Aircraft Appraisal (Values Level 5) Valuation services are performed by our in house ISTAT certified aircraft appraiser.
With a sizable aircraft inspection technical staff, we have the resources and capabilities to provide reliable and prompt inspection services globally.
All field audits, inspections and other technical services are completely managed under strict quality control procedures.
Multiple personnel review all field reports on a line item basis prior to submission to the client. Lessee compliance with the terms of
the lease are closely monitored. The Continuing Airworthiness Management status of all aircraft in the fleet are monitored in real time and periodic physical inspections and
audits cost are included in the management plan.
